People are often disproportionately affected by various lifestyle and other types   of diseases  due  in  part to the systemic  constraints that prevent  us  from  accessing  fresh, nutrient rich  foods;  timely,  preventative   medicine and  other  environmental factors that induce  stress and negatively   impact our  well  being.  In time  pass,    community  allowed  our ancestors  to  endure  significant challenges by  passing on  knowledge through  oral tradition and  practices.  My business  Strong Young Tree (SYT) aims to do something similar by focusing on individual, family, and community healing.  My  holistic  approach to health  incorporates  the whole  man:  body,  mind , and spirit.  My  goal  is  to share my knowledge  through  workshops  and  seminars  that  encourage  prevention,  and  natural therapy  using  herbal  products  and remedies. For those who are already struggling with disease,  I  conduct  more individual focused interventions through home visits and protocols  specifically tailored for  that  person.
